Not “sold and gone” — a full cycle from the first floor measurement to the signed handover. Project management on our side, engineering — ours plus Chinese OEM partners.

    Floor survey, operations analysis, process simulation, techno-economic study. The signed brief becomes a contract appendix.

    Multi-vendor procurement

    Robots + conveyors + sorters + WMS + safety systems. Not one manufacturer — an optimal mix: Geek+ for AGVs, Pudu for HoReCa, Damon or Libiao for sortation, etc.

    Systems integration

    Equipment-to-equipment, plus integration with the client's ERP/WMS/BMS. Network and signal cabling, protocol setup, commissioning with real data.

From the first call to go-live

Seven high-level milestones of a custom project. Durations are for mid-scale projects ($1—3M).

  1. Stage 011—2 weeks

    First contact

    Introduction, top-level task discussion, NDA, materials exchange. No commitment from either side.

  2. Stage 021—3 months

    Paid audit and brief

    Floor survey, process modelling, techno-economic study. Fee $5K — $30K depending on scale. The signed brief becomes the contract foundation.

  3. Stage 032—4 weeks

    Contract and prepayment

    Contract in the chosen jurisdiction, letter of credit or staged prepayment (typically 20—30%). Payment schedule and acceptance milestones agreed.

  4. Stage 042—4 months

    Engineering and procurement

    Detailed design with OEM engineers in the loop. Batch procurement, physical acceptance at the factories.

  5. Stage 052—3 months

    Logistics and customs

    Phased shipping, sea or rail freight, customs clearance, local certification under destination requirements.

  6. Stage 062—4 months

    Installation and integration

    Equipment installation, network and power cabling, integration with client's systems, commissioning tests.

  7. Stage 071 month

    Handover and training

    Controlled go-live, operator and shift-lead training, document handover, service contract for steady-state operation.

Staged payments and letters of credit — standard practice

  • FIN-01

    Payment structure

    Indicative split — 20—30% prepayment for batch procurement, 40—50% by production and factory-acceptance milestones, 20—30% on commissioning. The final structure is agreed per deal and fixed in the contract.

  • FIN-02

    Letters of credit (LC) and escrow

    A possible mechanism for large projects. Conditions (release milestones, documents, issuing bank) are agreed with the client's bank and contract jurisdiction. We don't offer a universal scheme — each deal is structured individually.

  • FIN-03

    Contract jurisdiction

    Client's choice across four jurisdictions — UAE, Hong Kong, mainland China, Belarus. Each with its own currencies, banking requirements and compliance regime.

  • FIN-04

    Leasing and financing

    On large projects we can connect leasing partners in the client's country. Availability and conditions depend on the country, currency and current banking relationships; discussed at the technical-brief stage.
