Twenty-one questions we hear in every second deal — about money, lead times, defects and legal entities. Answers are short, with no “check with your manager”. Can’t find yours — there is a button at the bottom; an engineer answers, not a bot.
“From” — because the final number depends on configuration, batch size and route. The catalogue figure is the machine plus the deployment loop; the exact figure is fixed in the proposal after an audit and does not change in the contract.
The machine’s FOB price plus eleven lines: packaging, localisation, FAT, export documents, freight, insurance, customs, certification, last mile, commissioning, training. Rule of thumb: turnkey ≈ FOB × 1.35–1.6. If someone promises ×1.05 — there is a hole somewhere, and it will surface at customs or at the first breakdown.
USD, AED, CNY — agreed with both sides’ banks; RUB and BYN settlements are possible through the relevant entities of our structure. Mechanisms: staged payments, letter of credit (LC), escrow, payments against inspection and shipping documents. We pick the one that suits your bank — not the other way round.
Yes. The structure spans four jurisdictions — UAE, Hong Kong, mainland China and Belarus; the contract is signed through the one your bank accepts, with closing documents per the rules of the contract country. The specific scheme for your accounting is set at the proposal stage — not after the prepayment.
There is scale pricing with unit-count thresholds — shown in the proposal as a separate line, not a “generosity discount”. Important: hardware and per-unit logistics get cheaper, the quality loop does not — FAT and commissioning are never cut to hit a price.
Typical site-delivery times: delivery robots and cleaners — 4–8 weeks, manipulators and cobots — 6–12, AMR fleets and cells — 10–16. The proposal always states a “to your site” date, not a “to port” date.
Sometimes — yes: factories keep reserves of popular models, and air freight exists. Both cost real money on top, and we will show it as a separate line so you decide consciously. What you won’t get is “we’ll speed it up for free, trust us”: free acceleration is always paid for by someone’s skipped stage.
A weekly status email against checkpoints: production, FAT, shipment, customs, delivery. You learn about any slip from us, with a compensation plan — not from a tracking number at three in the morning.
We see production weekly, so we spot a slip before it becomes a fact — and switch to plan B: another slot, a parallel factory in the network, a route change. Delay penalties are fixed in the contract as numbers; “we’ll do our best” is not our wording.
FAT acceptance by our team in China: 14 checkpoints — navigation, sensors, load, charging, firmware, completeness, packaging. You receive the protocol, photos and video of your machine with its serial number before it leaves the factory.
Obvious defects are caught by FAT before shipment — that is its job. A hidden defect that shows up on site is a warranty case: repair or replacement is coordinated by us, return logistics for the defect goes per the contract — not “sort it out yourself”. You talk to our engineer in your language, not to the factory in Chinese.
In service robotics, delivery, cleaning and AMR, Chinese manufacturers are the global category leaders, not the catch-up crowd: Pudu, Gausium and Unitree run in facilities worldwide. The risk is not the flag on the box but who answers for the machine after payment. That is exactly our job.
Only new units with factory warranty; serial numbers are fixed in the contract before acceptance, which rules out substitution. Demo units from exhibitions exist as a separate story — always labelled, with an honest discount and a condition report.
Depends on the country: in the UAE and Belarus — our engineers directly; in Russia and Kazakhstan — certified partners with our first line and escalation; elsewhere — remote support plus field trips.
On the Standard plan — a regional buffer of common items; on Enterprise — a reserve for your fleet plus a spare kit right on site. A part ships from the regional warehouse, not three weeks by sea from China. 80% of incidents are closed remotely anyway — diagnostics is built in back at FAT.
Breaking the maintenance schedule and third-party software, transport damage outside our logistics, force majeure, custom modifications and system expansion — those are separate projects. The full “what we fix / what we don’t” frame is part of the contract: grey zones are removed before signing.
Your choice of four jurisdictions in the structure: Dubai (Meydan FZ), Hong Kong, mainland China and Belarus. The contract is signed through the one that suits your bank and accounting; full details and licences — on request after NDA, for your security or audit team.
Yes — and we are the first to offer it: a standard NDA is signed within a day, before any materials change hands. Your plans and processes stay inside our legal structure and are not shared with third parties — that is a stage of our process, not a goodwill gesture.
Yes: LC and escrow — per project; performance bank guarantees — on large contracts, depending on country and bank. The final scheme is agreed before signing, not after the prepayment.
Alibaba gets you a machine at FOB price, then you are on your own: language, inspection, customs, commissioning, warranty. We are a single loop of responsibility up to a working site — with FAT, SLA and spare parts in the region. Where we are more expensive, we say so honestly.
Yes: demos in our hubs, factory visits together with our team, reference sites — subject to their owners’ consent. Pilots run on a contract with metrics, not “we’ll drop it off and see”: a free no-strings pilot usually means the next client pays for it.
